The Old Coach-house
We have converted the Old Coach House of the longère into a very spacious cottage for four adults, with two additional, full-sized bunks - baby equipment is also provided. The cottage has its own private front door, opening into the living room (45sqm); the old double doorway for the coaches has been converted into a magnificent french window, opening on to a private lawn with a BBQ and garden furniture. Where possible, the old oak and chestnut beams have been conserved and in general, the furniture is modern, decorated pine. The Old Coach House is centrally heated, with double glazed windows and a 7kw Godin log burning stove in the living room, for early Spring and Winter holidays. The living room encompasses the open-plan kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric grill and oven, microwave, fridge and double sink. You may relax on the easy chairs facing the log fire in the winter or looking out across the gardens and the fields towards the village of Coet Bugat, in the summer. There is a CD and tape player and a TV/Video/DVD player. A door leads from the living room into a utility room with a washing machine and dryer and then into a downstairs shower and toilet. An open-plan staircase curves upstairs into the mezzanine where the bunks are situated. Two 9sqm bedrooms lead off the mezzanine, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The ceilings of both rooms are "style cathédrale" up to the original roof beams and the rooms are well furnished, facing south towards the swimming pool and across the courtyard of the Manoir. Access to the large bathroom and toilet is from the mezzanine. The Old Coach-house has been designed to provide an outstandingly comfortable holiday home throughout the year. Baby equipment, i.e. cot, stairgate(s) and highchair are available on request. The cottage has a BBQ and garden furniture with seating for 6 people.

The Little Byre
At some time, early last century, this delightful little cow byre was added on to the longère. The building is 24sqm on both floors and has been converted into a “one up, one down” cosy little cottage for two. There are electric radiators throughout.

The private front door leads directly into the living room with an open-plan kitchen area and a downstairs toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge, double sink unit and dining area. Easy chairs look out across the lawn to the swimming pool. There is a CD/cassette and a TV/Video/DVD player. The open-plan staircase leads directly into the airy bedroom with a double bed. A small bathroom leads off the bedroom with a separate toilet. The cottage has a BBQ and garden furniture with seating for 2 people.
